The Lodge was consecrated on Saturday 4th February 1939 with the 14 founders all coming from from Avondale Lodge No 2389.
It was hard for the Lodge when war broke out in September 1939, however, the brethren persevered and in 1989 the lodge celebrated its 50th Anniversary.
The Lodge meets on the 1st Wednesday of the month from September to May, excluding January. The Installation is in March.

The Lodge purchased a Banner which was dedicated on Wednesday 1st December 2010. Kinderton Lodge celebratrd its 75th Anniversary on Wednesday 5th February 2014.
